Still confused as to why Zone hired a biased Guns Admin who think the high-tier guns should be on par with the low-medium tier guns.

They shouldn't be on par, but they also shouldn't out-right beat every single gun. If anything, guns should be given roles. A fair percent can use used for any situation and they're only slightly better than the low-tier ones while others can completely dominate in the right situation.
