Have you considered balancing out the number of rifle ammo guns and energy cell guns? As of now I have 35 guns 26 energy cell guns, 6 rifle ammo guns, and 3 special weapons. I don't have every single gun, but even if I did I don't think it would even be a 2:1 ratio of energy cell to rifles ammo guns.

It would probably easy to take the guns with the word Rifle in their name already that use energy cells and make them use rifle ammo. Such as Blue Christmas Rilfe, Pez Rifle, Rudolph Rifle, and GP Assault Rifle.
