It's one thing to unintentionally find yourself bugged(like with the Sardon Tower). It's another to intentionally exploit a very powerful glitch, especially when you don't attempt to report said glitch. People who abused the horse/bug catching glitch deserve to be banned.

No, I agree with that. I was solely referring to the people who had no idea of the glitch. Not the people who were exploiting it to try and get off-map (or whatever else people were doing).
