Was it really THAT good though? I mean I liked it, but I think at best I'd rate it a 3.5/5 stars. I have no idea how it got 5 stars on Fandango. Actually I do kind of do. People rate it before they even see the movie. The main villain's character design was pretty mediocre and at times the guardians were way too overpowered fighting soldiers. That was one of my big problems with The Amazing Spiderman 2. If the hero is too powerful and faces little struggle it's not that interesting to watch. Then there's the green girl who was called a ***** even though her love life wasn't even mentioned and Quil was the one sleeping with all the women. Sorry, I'm just ranting a bit. I haven't been too thrilled with Marvel lately.
