it would be cool to see an event which would incorporate trick or treating into player houses. For example, a player could buy a furniture item which would have 10 tricks or treats in it. Upon entering a house, each player could take one trick or treat from the bowl.

This is really a wonderful idea. But the problem would be finding a good way to implement it. People will probably place their candy bowl at the back of their codeshop maze, forcing others to farm; which I guess really isnt terrible.. And there's no incentive for people to buy the furniture item; so maybe make it where you are only allowed to take candy from others' houses if you have your own bowl set up.
Edit: nvm Imprint already addressed that prev pg

(in reply to me) Main reason why I dont want the candy ghost back to many players now.

That's why I said it needs to be less competitive, such as using private spawns similar to looting.

That's what I thought people would say and it's the reason why this thread was most likely made. Doing that many rewards (for the same-**** holiday that Halloween is) isn't very sustainable in the long term. It is especially taxing when Halloween is so close to Christmas which also requires a lot of stock. They need to bring down the expectations a bit and move on.

Halloween is not ****. My favorite holiday. I do agree that expectations could be lowered, but I feel that an event with worth-while prizes is necessary.
