That's not proof for them. You telling them various details of your life is not what they are looking for.



Again, that is not proof, it means nothing... especially since these aren't official forums.



I am saying that unless you provide a more concrete proof you're wasting your time. If they handed over accounts to anyone who had something as simple as the Graal# and e-mail, accounts would be stolen constantly. They need absolute proof that you are the person who used that account, usually in the form of some sort of marketplace receipt or such. I'm sure they told you what information could be used to recover your account, though.
