It kinda strikes me as odd that the isleaked website was registered two days before the incident. I'm not putting my email in there. Who knows, it might be a huge advertising scheme.

yeah, I won't speculate if it is or isn't a site that was made in 100% good faith, but just as a rule of thumb (as someone who has worked in internet/affiliate marketing) I don't think it's a smart idea to ever submit your email in any form like this
one, you never know if it's some coreg feed that is going to put you on some email list without confirmation
two, you are now privately submitting your email to at least one website as
potentially insecure, which could in itself lead to some security concerns
