Turns out the real issue is that Jesus doesn't have enough money to send it. Ugh, I asked him twice if he was absolutely sure that he could afford shipping, and he said yes both times. I guess he was embarrassed. Now I'm gonna have to pick up the cost to keep it going. And next time, I'm going to hammer every single person until they break to make sure they don't try to pretend they have enough money to send it.
