On episode 11, they showed what's going on outside, and they set up a battle for Toka and Ayato. Next episode, the last episode, episode 12, they didn't show any development on what's happening outside, but only showed Kaneki being torture by Jason and Rize shows up in his mind, then later, Kaneki's hair turned white and started beating the living sh*t out of Jason then the episode ends. We all should've known that 12 episodes was not enough materials for an anime like Tokyo Ghoul.
