I never fired really anyone on Delteria that Didn't deserve it, and unfortunately some devs was just terrible.

I can't believe this. Your higher-ranked staff brought a tremendous amount of gossip unto your lower-ranked staff which resulted in
multiple firings that had occurred for something personal and that should have been kept to themselves. You obviously decided to barge in. I'd rather not bring up any names although I can name about 3 of those.
