EDIT: Also, the reason the Iron Banner didn't feel as competitive as the first one was because you can only have an advantage of 7 levels. The rules might be different in the next one though due to player feedback.

Looks like the almighty Vex Mythoclast is getting a nerf along with a boatload of other stuff.
