I'm going to be totally honest and say my friends and I spread this Ebola "drama" for the thrill of it.
I laugh every time my parents buy canned goods, and my grandparents as well.
Sometimes I like to say "Oop, another person died of Ebola" so it freaks people out. It's completely hilarious and adds some character to my day.
I relate this to storms, I really really love storms (including tornadoes) and make a huge deal of it for fun because it is exciting.
Like someone mentioned earlier, I would actually LIKE Ebola to mutate and go airborn just for the thrill of striving for survival -- even if that means not surviving.

It's just gonna infect you and then you'll have to know what the victims all went through and we'll just be sitting here watching you on the news laughing gleefully whilst continuing on with our normal lives.
