I'm not really savvy enough to know about specs and such but when I made a similar thread a few months ago I was directed to look at the Lenovo's. I paid £900 for a Lenovo Y50 and it's been amazing so far, im able to play D3 and Skyrim on maximum res. Have a look into it, it's a lot cheaper and might be good enough for ya needs.

Thanks, had a look at it and I must admit it does looks very similar to what i've been looking at just 2 inches smaller and a few different graphical option but as you said cheaper. Cheapest I could find it was 1500 AU, so i'd be saving 1/3, only thing is one of the things i'm looking for is a larger screen since why not.
Seeing as though the two are so similar besides that price gap I guess i'll probably need to keep looking since 2700 is probably too much. I'm just not sure on prices since I haven't owned a gaming laptop before
