Someone fixed the baddies or did something so they don't warp as much. Or at least thats what I have seen while playing it yesterday, they still do warp a bit when you get super close.

As previously said, a big problem is walk speed. Sometimes I find myself attempting to do moves to dodge a few bullets (a couple of moves that work successfully with speed boost) but i run into bullets instead. When I went back to iEra and got speed boost, I felt like i was going faster then ever. Hopefully the walk speed is increased or there could be a way to boost your speed implemented.
