Multiple of my friends make lots of money from mining a day, and usually people who do it all day are doing other things as well, like when I grind I watch a movie and play other games as well. Plus a majority of players on Ol'West probably have no clue to design an actual good macro so it's pointless to use a bad one anyways since it'll just get detected easily.
