I already finished the spar rewards level months ago. I don't think it's necessary to release it right now since the game just got up and no one has PKs or spar wins that is needed to receive these rewards at this moment.

Highest spar wins I saw is Duke at the moment with 500+ wins.
I like using the Furious Feather, it has a good spread and a medium fire rate - 5 damage. Good to spar with, as a defensive sparer.
