Princess if you haven't heard from them then 1) You're either not qualified for the position you applied for or 2) They have not read your application.
Give it some more time, and if a week pass and they still haven't contact you. It's a gauranty you have not made it.
If you're interested in becoming a Deputy, wait till an application is made and posted on this section. Otherwise I wish you the best of luck.
