The M4a3 is the spar weapon that only people who get to 23.5k spars can achieve. It comes with a pistol that does 8 dmg I believe and the gun itself does 8.
The M4 is just the regular gun you hear about being used in spar more than any other gun. It is the perfect spar weapon though.

Is it possible that the M4a3 is somehow a better gun compared to M4 in stats and special perks?
