The chest in the place where you need to use a rat near the cave when you enter the cave it make you get out in to a waterfall, the chest will not open

That chest has been there since the beginning of time. It can't be opened, nor has it ever intended to be opened. It's sort of like the Golden Gate. It's just a landmark of sorts, but it'll never have any real purpose.
