If you wanted the Nexus tilesets, they would have to make an entire new house level just for that theme(unless its a seasonal tileset). So that requires work which is a no no

Actually we have been over this many times.
The problem is the age of the housing system and the fact that many of the original scripters that worked on it are gone. The system is super complex and creating new levels/altering the ones that exist would require a completely new system to be put in place.
That sounds awesome to some, but what Dusty has mentioned is that creating a whole new system might result in a lot of furniture getting destroyed/lost from player collections. It would be super problematic... and very difficult.
