Full Auto - This weapon can be fired in full auto mode.
Final Round - The last round in a magazine deals bonus damage.
Send It - Increases range and accuracy.

It's better than my Comedian in every way except for the rate of fire which can actually make a big difference in full auto mode. Which should I use?
