Doesn't zone have an alert system like classic? I'm not 100% sure they have it in the gmap, but there was many times I was in intense 'one vs one' battles and had admins warp me and my opponent out of the area.

Some type of alert system and more moderation should help out. I don't know the 'reset' policy in zone, but the harder they're the better.
