Graal is graal, the staff who made the systems volunteer their time to graal as a whole, not zone era classic ol west doesn't matter, "graal" in all is owned by 1 person/company doesn't matter who had the system first. How different could you actually make gifting? When another server has a perfect system that works just fine.
Regarding the self gifting, pretty sure it was added because people were complaining about being scammed and not everyone has people they can trust on the game to gift trade with them. I do think it should have a limit of 5-10 self gifts though.

One man owns the servers. The manager of each server manages their server. And yes it really does matter. Cause the manager of that server have the responsibilty of making that server unique from the other servers. For Zone to steal Classic system is wrong. I'm sure most people don't care its from one company. Zone is setting a bad example for Graal. End of story.
