Zanza still has it's own personal tree house. The Initiative has a private part of the museum which I don't mind as much since they contributed art to Graal and earned it. Official SNC I heard can enter the fire place at SNC building. I can't really think of any others right now.

Never heard of SNC fireplace thing. I'm pretty sure Official SNC started on iPhone after they saw the building, and that's the only connection
