What's funny is that most of the GP's have time to be on their player accounts but don't bother to log into their admin accounts. If you have the time to get one your player account for such and such hours, then I'm sure as hell they can do the same while monitoring a tower.

You can only access a staff account from a computer. So when we're on our player accounts it's possible that we don't have access to our computer at the moment and we're playing on a mobile device instead.
