If anyone has seen this fix in action I would love to know also by this do you mean you cant normally block doors any more?

Lag-blocking is not the same as blocking. All players block by default(assuming they can be damaged). Typically players who can't be damaged stop blocking and can be walked through(100ap for example, or being in a no-pk area). Sometimes though players can exploit the way hit detection works, as it's clientside, to block while not being able to take damage. Since in order for you to take damage you have to see yourself getting hit on your screen, players abuse methods to drop their framerate so they lag so bad they can't see anything happen, thus they can't see other players moving/attacking, and therefor can not be hurt.
TL;DR players are dropping their framerate to become invincible, but they still block and therefor can block doors without being able to be damaged.

So far I haven't seen any changes, but that's just me. Many players at Sardons tower love to be arrowed into the doorway before the flagroom. The player blocking the flagroom sits there while the attacking players get hit by spikes and the defending guild members.

See response above. We can't just make all players non-blocking as they will just charge through towers and run through players while not fighting. This is simply addressing methods players are abusing to become invincible while still blocking entrances.

When a player uses a pc, they can lag block for an amount of time if they go onto another tab using the same browser.

Thank you, I'll investigate this method as well.

By using android devices, you can stand in the middle of a hallway or in front of a door and turn your device off, then your FPS plummets to 0 and your character is frozen and cannot be moved or damaged and other players cannot move through you. I suppose the user should be paused but isn't. This can be done without lag but I'm sure it qualifies as lag block.

They should be paused like with the iOS client but they are not. However I can not address that, therefor I can only bandaid fix the situation, but this is specifically what my fix addresses.
Right now it should be pausing players who are lag-blocking, but I might tweak it to instead warp them out of the tower and make another small change.
