Well for one, only having access to a world for 3 days and then being shipped off to an entirely new one and never being able to see that old one again? That'd piss me off a lot. Also sticking everything into one giant mothership is pretty unrealistic regardless of the whole sci-fk pretense.
Replacing the skyworld with a type of conmand-starship is a good idea. I agree that much. However the mothership should remain very limited beyond being a general gathering hUb. Beyond that all other necessities should be on stationary planets only accessable by shuttle from a hangar on the command ship.
But stacking everything on one giant starship and then wasting staff hours and annoying players with brand new content available for only 3 days? Hell no. Each planet should be substantially different from each other (new tilesets designs, content, shop items, quests, etc). Doing that can take a staff team of iZone's calibre upwards from a month to complete. Then to have it out for 3 days and repeat the process so another one can be released after is not only a waste of time, but also impossible with the timing.
And if I was a player trying to save for an expensive new item, id be hella pissed if the planet disappeared before I could save. Also if I hadn't finished exploring it and/or doing the quests on it and it disappeared, over and over again, I'd quit zone.

Must've not made it very clear. Obviously there wouldn't be new content every 3 days, that's unrealistic. Instead you would discover 5ish unique planets then go back to them in an order (they wouldn't disappear). Then every so often there'd be updates to them/new planet(s) discovered.
