You could have one person speaking/swearing in another language that none of your guild mates understand... you could have some one talking about random non-guild related crap that is annoying the *heck* outta your allies... you could have people who have no idea what they are doing spamming how to get through the golden gate, or permission to enter the zorbi kingdom... you could have someone who doesnt understand the difference between guild chat and regular chat... the iterations are endless.
It's useful. It's a good idea. I am surprised it doesn't already exist.

Half of the things you used as examples are things I haven't even heard about in a guild chat for at least a year, and again if there is someone annoying the heck out of your'e allies you kick them. Also a lot of players are new to the game and don't know the difference between guild chat and regular chat, and whats wrong with them talking in a guild chat rather than regular chat
