people towered before there were rewards, but a whole lot more towered after there were rewards
the point is that there were rewards for sparring and PKing that were removed for no good reason at all

apparently it was too much work to give out spar hats (IDK why it was manual), and there was some glitch involving the PK rewards room
Dusty and FP4 are both smart people that have the capability to fix those issues
