Is there a way for a ticket holder to differentiate between their ticket being archived or deleted? Even still, you should at least get a reply to your ticket unless it's spam/irrelevant.

I'm not sure as I've never submitted a ticket, I think it's unlikely that they can tell the difference.
Old protocol dictated that we didn't delete an e-mail/ticket until it had been completely resolved, I assume the same still holds but some staff are being lazy.
