As others have stated, the entire Graal community, including the staff members, are absolutely volunteers. There is no money involved.
Think of it as going to a job site with no pay.
Having a horrid worker who gets no money from his or her job will not take said job seriously.

Although I understand where you're coming from, especially if you've paid funds to the service, it goes to the Graal owner; not the server staff members.
I suggest you take it up with Unixmad himself in some form, otherwise the problem is never going to get solved.
