Well, it'd be best to decide soon whether or not another faction will be implemented. Because if it was to be worked on now, there would be more time to do so and it won't seem half-arsed.
I'll try to work on it as my own project. I'm serious. But I have to know if a third faction will be implemented at any point at all, and we need to work out what it'd be. Alpho, mind if we do a little back n forth in pms so we can work this out? I have a few rough ideas of creative new factions.

We already said a third faction wont be implemented because there's no reason to. If the playercount rises in the future then it will be given some thought.
Never know though.
