Rocks now drop randomly 1, 2, or 3 rocks after being broken.

1/6 chance to get 3 rocks
1/3 chance to get 2 rocks
2/3 chance to get 1 rock

Added a sign outside the new location of the mines (it was moved when oasis was released)
