I wasn't at first sure if this was a serious request on feedback or not, but I will try to give some anyway. Not feedback on "why they suck" but just on what I think a lot of the complains are focused on.

Some of what Zet said was true I think, about the size of some of the hats. But this is still somewhat opinion, though it may be the opinion of a majority (I don't know that but I know there are a lot of complaints and this might be why, for those who can't articulate what they think is wrong with them). I actually like where they're going with the concept of the hats, I have no qualms about that at all (if I were to have qualms about getting a hat that represents an accomplishment rather than just another hat). However, the hats often cover the face or don't seem to fit just right, as Zet was mentioning. Additionally, with some hats (only some) it's hard to wear them and look nice without 1.) wearing all black colors, as black goes with everything, or 2.) Buy VIP so you can get the colors that will go with the hat. Personally, I don't mind this too much, as I don't even wear the hats that often, but I can see others thinking this about hats as well. I'd be interested to see a side by side comparison of the old ones vs. the new ones, so Zet should hurry up and post his comparison pictures. I do understand a lot of the older hats were already made and can be found on other servers, most notably UN. Such examples include the large glasses, propeller hat, and the electric wings. But before I get off on a tangent, I don't want to sound like a brat here, so I do want to thank the graphics team for doing this every 3 months amongst their other works, I'm just trying to point out why many people may not like them.
