Most guys play video games, every guy dreams of having a girlfriend who also likes videogames. If you think he likes you, and you like him go for it, people who don't like games don't cosplay link, and even me, someone who does like games wouldn't do it unless I was a hardcore gamer. As long as you don't own him too bad in super smash bros you will be fine
