The whole reason we got rid of the contact sign it directly praised the staff and condoned them for their work publicly. This is becoming a trend in Classic and we felt it fit that staff should work out of charity without public recognition. There is no incentive for being staff and the new trend being associated with helping out the game became a way to boost their personas instead of actually doing work to help the community. And now we're supporting people to use our email because most players contacted us directly which kind of messed up our system a bit because the people pming our staff would get instant priority over the people spending time emailing us.
