The Burger Refuge (right now) has around the same amount of people inside as its level does on the outside. Additionally, there are TONS of houses, people wouldn't just flock to one house unless there was something going on inside of it. There would not be lag from PKers, and I think you are forgetting that we have various CURRENTLY UNUSED modes of transport and various CURRENTLY UNUSED forms of healing items.

lol its a huge map but everyone flocks to graal city, what makes you think they wont flock to a few buildings. the bank, arena, and burger refuge are probably going to turn into hell holes if graal city is made pk. there wouldnt be too much lag, but when your trying to go through instead of lagging a ton you get killed a ton which is not much better. there should be a place on map where people can come together without fear of getting killed which is outdoors. and i dont know what healing your talking about, but you shouldnt need a horse to get through graal city.
