Add more places to mine for Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, and Diamond.

Please. At both area it is always full. 3 Players really screw up the whole mining part. and when you hit 65 you mainly mine Ruby till 75 and soon after you mine Emerald and with people lvling up to 65 now the mines are filled with people waiting and waiting.
