I went through a phase where the only time I would play Graal was while I was on the toilet. I used to log and everybody knew where I was and what I was doing.

Guilty.
I have some schedule going on where I always have to go to the bathroom as I get home. I usually bring both, my phone and my laptop, and will end up playing WoW or scrolling through Facebook for 30-45 mins. Maybe even longer if I'm in a raid or dungeon or something on WoW.
It isn't a big deal, so I don't see why some people make it out to be.
