So will the leader of the gang only be able to buy extra slots, what I mean is can you transfer the points you get from one gang to a different gang?

And will there be weapons to heal, or just little one time heal things?

Edit: Make a healing staff for like 10k points. (Heals you and others around, teammates obviously)
