I don't think Horse Shoes would be a good rewards for Achievements, but Achievements in general with some type of reward is a great idea.

Furniture rotation will be implemented, though I can't say when. Once it is released, though, it will be a very slow process to update existing furniture with rotation images for the graphics team.
