I wouldn't say that any job would take the least efforts, since effort is still effort. But, the one that pays the most is either Digging or doing Car Missions.
I dare not say that either one of them earns the most, since there were some *arguements* over it. But they both have ups and downs.

Digging
+Stable gralats flow.
+Sellables can be used in Trading Centers.
+Just need to find a good spot and start digging like nobody's business.
- Shovel breaks after a certain amount of shells digged.
- You have to pay for every shovels that you use. (Unless someone else gave you)
! Digging in a PK Zone will get your butt-fried, don't try it...

Car Missions
+ Gives you a good amount of gralats that can get you 2-4 donuts per mission.
+ Refuel once in awhile
+ Can get more money if you plan your route to the nearest Car Mission Guy.
- Expect to be targeted (You're in a car, you can't do anything but drive.)
- Unstable gralats flow. (Depends on the amount of players doing Car Missions and PKers)
- Not being familiar with the place you're going can get you delayed,or worse, killed.
- Getting killed will cause the mission to fail.
! Don't leave the car, that will also cause the mission to fail.
