Even though the update already happened, I will have to agree with Yeph on this one. Pking is nice, but keep it out of Graal City; simply opening up the areas around it is good enough. I like to talk to people and I don't want to be stuck indoors all the time; I'd like to be able to move around spot to spot with comfort knowing that no body will follow me and PK me all the way there. After all, the PKers will eventually get annoyed with not being able to simply talk to someone outside of the battle arena, or burger, without someone killing them all the time.
