I think it would LOWER scamming because people have to confirm what they are trading etc. They should tell them after the trade that iEra staff are not responsible for the consequences of the trade eg: the person who traded the item wants it back. Do that to lower the feedback spamming.
And I like the idea along with everyone else and I hope it gets implemented someday...
