I would try to get investors and re-make the engine. Graal's engine is poorly coded.
Also invest a lot in publicity and better servers to handle future possible players(Maybe go for a massive-server like Zenimax's, or region servers, altho the second option It's not something I'd go for).

A good thing about Graal is that in order to get content developers is that you don't necessary have to pay them. You can just offer them some benefits and they will do everything you ask(many many many people that join the staff only want the staff boots and the other options to get attention from other players and "feel better".)
