Okay, first off, please add a steep fee for leaving a gang. I've had too many people just get up and leave me. Second, It's actually quite difficult to get players with decent experience and such to join your gang. Please do something to encourage joining a gang. Also, please limit players to being in only one gang at a time. Finally, figure out a system for penalizing disloyalty without kicking players (and without the ability to be used for griefing). I'm tired of lazy players who don't come online often enough to do gang activities.
