You can now say /destroybush in your house to destroy ALL bushes at the SAME TIME.
To make the bushes come back, change your house template to the same one again or a different one.

I think the best way to implement guild houses would be to sell them for GP. Also I want to allow the owner of the guild to let other users edit furniture throughout the guild house.
