If Taylor Richaards graal.codes didn't exist there would be some other site that provided the same material. If Classic thought an in-game system for seeing public swords and shields would work out, it would be one. The website is not a unique concept, but rather one which benefits from having minor, unmonitored in-game support. Alternative websites might not be able to benefit from immediate uploads, but as soon as someone sees your shield in-game it would be featured. This issue is always going to exist.
However, is it really an issue? Public uploads are cheaper, and by choosing this option you are giving permission for your upload to be used by the public. This is not a Graal Depot situation whereby content is simply taken because it exists. Similarly, the site does not have advertisements, so it is not profiting from your work. In my opinion it is simply a resource.
