as i previously mentioned i spar in a different way
I spar for 30 min without leaving the streak room, if a lagger or someone better than me comes il keep sparring til my time is up so I can improve.
I am the opposite of a selective sparrer i simply look for a challenge without caring about my score which is something nobody does these days.
I was kiding about the un part

i don't selective spar either... (spar only Brett and Kevin mostly) on my noobie...but i can ststill maintain 1:2...and i'm not much of a pro...i wonder what you did for your "2 years of sparring career".
