I think he can read, I just don't think that he can process the information of what he is reading. To him, it's all words that have no literate meaning, he's reading but no reading, you know what I mean?

Not exactly, its a towering guild truth is all tower guilds are for a hat/towering with friends. I wouldn't call it hat chasing you are putting hundreds of hours into a guild you have to get a reward for that effort.

98% of tower guilds are for a hat. If youre not there for the hat why are you towering? Also the term hat chaser usually applies to people who join tower guilds at 600-900 hours for a hat spot with minimal work. The term seems to have changed recently.
